Pelosi Statement on Passing of Steve Mostyn

"Paul and I are devastated by the news of Steve Mostyn's passing.  Steve was an extraordinary, luminous person who poured himself into securing justice for the voiceless and underrepresented.  He was a fierce patriot and a towering champion in the fight to build a better future for America's children.

"Our nation has lost a great hero, and the Mostyn family has lost a beloved husband and devoted father.  Through our tears, we send our prayers and our strength to Amber and their two beautiful children, Ava and Mitchell.  Our hearts are broken, and we pray it is a comfort to Steve's loved ones that so many around the nation mourn their loss at this most difficult time."
