Dear Colleague on Holiday Warm Wishes and Prayer for World Peace

Dear Colleague,

On December 16th, our bipartisan Congressional delegation marked the 75th anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge in Belgium and Luxembourg. As we were there to thank our surviving veterans, they urged us to pray for peace.

This week, as we observe the holidays in our own faith traditions, let us pray for world peace. Let there be peace on Earth and let it begin with us in our hearts, in our families, in our communities and in America.
