Pelosi Announces Ranking Member Ted Deutch, Members of Ethics Committee

Washington, D.C. – Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi announced that the House Democratic Caucus has approved Congressman Ted Deutch of Florida to be the next Ranking Member of the House Ethics Committee.
"Congressman Ted Deutch's integrity commands the respect of his colleagues on both sides of the aisle," said Leader Pelosi. "In his service on the Ethics Committee, Congressman Deutch has shown he is tough and fair, and in his new role as Ranking Member he will be a pillar of ethics and accountability."
"Our Caucus thanks departing Ranking Member and new Caucus Vice Chair Linda Sánchez for her outstanding leadership in holding the People's House to the highest ethical standards," Leader Pelosi continued.
The Democratic Caucus also approved the following members to sit on the Ethics Committee in the 115th Congress:
- Congresswoman Yvette Clarke of New York
- Congressman Jared Polis of Colorado
- Congressman Anthony Brown of Maryland
