Pelosi Announces Committee Assignments for Congresswoman Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick
Washington, D.C. – Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced today that the House Democratic Caucus has approved the House Democratic Steering & Policy Committee's recommendation that Congresswoman Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick, who was sworn in on January 18th to represent Florida's 20th Congressional District, join the House Education & Labor Committee and the House Committee on Veterans' Affairs for the 117th Congress.
