Pete Sessions: Unplugged -- Americans Back Home Are Not Sold

Pete Sessions, Chairman of the House Rules Committee, let loose on CNN's New Day this morning, openly admitting what Republicans have worked hard to deny – the American public does not want TrumpCare.

From Rep. Pete Sessions –

"It has not been sold properly to them.  That's the real problem."

…

"The people back home are not sold on what we're doing yet."

He also slammed the failure of Speaker Ryan and President Trump to convince the public of the merits of their bill:

"It's a matter of giving confidence of the American people. I will confess. At the very top there's a lack of understanding of how to sell this bill."

And made false promises to the American people on repealing their health care:

"Nobody is going to lose their coverage, you'll be able to keep your same doctor and you'll be able to keep your same plan."

The American people know the facts and are responding with a resounding NO to TrumpCare.
