The Seattle Times stated: "Jobs will be lost.  Companies will go out of business."  [6/30/15]  And perhaps Don Nelson, President of California-based ProGauge Technologies, said it best when describing Republicans' dysfunction, obstruction and distraction:

"They really don't have a clue what they're doing or the damage they're going to inflict on small businesses in America by closing the Ex-Im bank."

The first 170 days of the Republican Congress have been anything but productive for the American people looking to expand their paychecks.  This is yet another blow to our competitiveness and economy.
