History of Speaker Boehner's Lip Service on Immigration

Speaker Boehner was asked earlier today on ABC's "This Week with George Stephanopoulos" whether he'd be able to rally his party to pass bipartisan immigration reform.  His predictable response?  "Absolutely."

But take a look at some of the other times the Speaker has assured the country of getting something done on immigration reform:

Despite all of these talks, the Speaker has done absolutely nothing but ignored H.R. 15, bipartisan comprehensive immigration reform with 200 co-sponsors and handed the gavel to the most extremist Members of his Party to repeatedly vote to deport DREAMers.  Our country deserves better than this lip service.  When will he ever get serious?
