Leader McConnell to Speaker Boehner on DHS Funding: 'Up to the House’

There are only seven legislative days left until a Republican DHS Shutdown occurs – and yet while Republicans continue to appease the anti-immigrant radicals of the GOP, threatening our national security, a GOP leadership blame game has ensued:
GOP Infighting Begins As Clock Ticks To Homeland Security Shutdown…The intra-GOP recriminations have begun over the party's doomed strategy to stop President Barack Obama on immigration…the Republican hardliners are blaming party leaders for not fighting hard enough, while House and Senate GOP leaders point the finger at one another to find a solution to the impasse.
"We've had a week on it…I think it'd be pretty safe to say we're stuck…" Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) told reporters Tuesday. "I think it's clear we can't go forward in the Senate. And so the next move, obviously, is up to the House."
Translation: The ball is back in the House's court.
Speaker Boehner, it's time to pass a clean DHS funding bill now.
