Re: Welcome Back Pop Quiz - Where is Your Jobs Plan?

While you were back home this August, your constituents spoke out: the top priority for Congress should be creating jobs and growing our economy. So as the House comes back into session today, there is one question you should have answered by now: Where is the GOP jobs plan?

After 246 days in the majority without passing any jobs bills and voting 10 times against Democratic efforts to create jobs this year, you have launched a "No Jobs" Agenda that make it easier for corporations to send American jobs overseas, protects tax breaks for Big Oil, and ends Medicare.

Looks like you didn't do your summer homework…

Democrats are listening to the American people and have put forward plan after plan to create jobs, strengthen our middle class and small businesses, and grow our economy now.

Make It In America – to strengthen our manufacturing, technological, and industrial base, and keep America number one.

Building America's Infrastructure – to put people to work rebuilding our roads, bridges, railways, broadband lines, schools, and airports.

Community Recovery Corps – to help the families and businesses affected by recent natural disasters recover by speeding rebuilding assistance to local communities.

If you need a crash course, watch House Democrats highlight our initiatives to create jobs. It's time for Congress to get back to work putting the American people back to work.
