Dear Democratic Colleague,

Last night, House Republicans divided the vote on the nuclear agreement with Iran into three items: the Pompeo Resolution Finding President Out of Compliance, the Roskam No Sanctions Relief Authority for President Obama Act, and a resolution to approve the JCPOA.

Regardless of where you are on the Iran nuclear agreement itself, we call on all Members to:

  • to VOTE NO on the Rule;

  • to VOTE NO on the Pompeo Resolution (H.Res. 411) today;

  • to VOTE NO on the Roskam Sanctions bill (H.R. 3460) tomorrow;

The final vote is the vote to support the agreement, for which I urge aYES vote.

Once again, I thank Members for their serious and thoughtful attention to this agreement.
