Pelosi Letter to the Ethics Committee on Investigation of Congressman Wu

Washington, D.C. - Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi sent a letter today to the Ethics Committee Chairman Jo Bonner and Ethics Committee Ranking Member Linda Sanchez on an investigation of Congressman David Wu.

Dear Chairman Bonner and Ranking Member Sanchez:

Recent press reports and statements attributed to our colleague, Representative David Wu, indicate that he may have engaged in inappropriate activities.

An investigation by the Ethics Committee to determine if the Rules of the House of Representatives have been violated is warranted.
