Exactly how much will the perilous and meritless Boehner lawsuit cost American taxpayers?  Well, "we don't knowyet" is the latest word from the Congresswoman in charge of overseeing this legal boondoggle.  Committee on House Administration Chairwoman Candice Miller confessed that she has no idea how much the partisan lawsuit to sue the President will cost on the House floor just moments ago.

It's no wonder that Chairwoman Miller waived a hearing on this lawsuit dismissing Democratic Ranking Member Robert A. Brady's request for transparency, while Republicans in the House Rules Committee rejected 11 amendments from Democrats that would've also increased transparency and accountability in funding the lawsuit.

What we do know is their past disruptive and distractive schemes have cost American taxpayers:

  • $3.3 million – Establishing the Select Committee on Benghazi

House Republicans have also wasted $79 million on more than 50 votes to repeal or undermine the Affordable Care Act.  Mr. Boehner, Americans deserve to know the cost of this financial burden.
