Speaker Boehner: Health Law is Constitutional; Enough with Political Theater

This morning, in a great victory for the American people, the Supreme Court upheld the Affordable Care Act. Unfortunately, House Republicans just don't know when to quit.

Let's get this straight… instead of focusing on jobs – which the GOP claims is their mission – House Republicans are going to vote instead on repealing current protections and patients' rights and putting insurance companies back in charge, after the Supreme Court found the Affordable Care Act to be Constitutional.

But House Republicans have the wrong prescription…

Enough is enough. It's time for House Republicans to focus on jobs.
