Speaker Ryan’s Bold Vision for the Country: As Speaker, He Will Sleep in His Office

Paul Ryan's refusal to rule out House Republicans defunding Planned Parenthood: "We're just beginning to start at a committee to investigate Planned Parenthood… I don't know what the outcome's going to be."
Speaker Ryan did offer one bold departure from the legacy of his predecessor: he's going to sleep in his congressional office. From The Hill:
Speaker Paul Ryan may now be second in line to the presidency, but he'll still continue sleeping in his office on Capitol Hill.
…"I can actually get more work done by sleeping on a cot in my office, and I'm going to keep doing it."
The American people are tired of House Republican dysfunction and disarray – and a change in sleeping habits is not the change they're seeking from the new Speaker. It's time for Speaker Ryan and House Republicans to wake up to the concerns of hard-working Americans and start working with Democrats to move the country forward.
