Following a major public revolt around allegations that the Trump Administration is sabotaging the United States Postal Service ahead of November's election, Postmaster General Louis DeJoy today announced in a statement that he is suspending policy and operational changes until after the election. However, the statement did not include a commitment to restore the agency back to its full capacity, merely that they’d stopped doing what they've been doing the last few weeks.
