Congressman Sean Casten of Illinois delivered the Weekly Democratic Address. In this week’s address, the Congressman discussed the upcoming Congressional Delegation to the 2019 United Nations Climate Change Conference in Madrid and the importance of the United States’ leadership in addressing the climate crisis.
