Last month, Speaker Boehner said he was open to ending taxpayer subsidies for Big Oil saying "they ought to be paying their fair share." Today, he said rolling back the billions in taxpayer dollars Big Oil is siphoning away from our effort to reduce the deficit should only happen if Big Oil gets a huge tax cut.
