Today, the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) reported we lost 131,000 jobs in July, in large part due to the 143,000 temporary Census workers completing their work. But July marked the seventh straight month of private sector job growth with 71,000 private sector jobs created last month (and 630,000 private sector jobs this year).
