Yesterday on Fox Business, OMB Director Mick Mulvaney warned that his authority at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) ‘should frighten people.’ 

In their rush to pass the GOP tax scam, President Trump and Republicans in Congress have repeatedly claimed that their disastrous trickle-down economics tax scam will ‘create jobs’ for the middle class and ‘grow the economy.’  But, the truth is that the GOP tax scam will raise taxes on tens of millions of middle class families in order to hand deficit-exploding giveaways to the wealthiest and corporations shipping jobs overseas.

Today, President Trump is heading to St. Charles, Missouri to cheerlead for a GOP tax scam that will directly hurt the families he will be speaking to.  And whatever snake oil he sells, there are some devastating consequences for Missouri you can bet President Trump and Missouri Republicans aren’t going to want to show to the families of the ‘Show Me’ state.

Yesterday on CNN’s State of the Union, OMB Director Mick Mulvaney defended the GOP tax scam with yet another promise Republicans have no intention of keeping:

Yesterday, the House Republicans passed a GOP tax scam that will raise taxes on millions of hard-working American families in order to hand deficit-exploding giveaways to the wealthiest few.   But don’t just take our word for it, editorial boards across the country have condemned this awful bill.

Today, House Republicans voted for raising taxes on 36 million middle class families in order to hand deficit-exploding giveaways to the wealthiest and corporations shipping jobs overseas.  As Republicans head home for Thanksgiving to face their constituents, here’s a reminder of how many families in each state will lose vital middle class tax deductions thanks to their GOP Members of Congress:
