Washington, D.C. – Today, Speaker Pelosi announced a standalone resolution affirming the House Counsel’s authorization to intervene in the GOP’s Texas v. United States lawsuit to defend the Affordable Care Act and protections for pre-existing conditions. The resolution, slated for floor debate and a House vote on January 9, is being introduced today by Freshman Class co-President Colin Allred of Texas.
