Great news for the Affordable Care Act: a new study by the Kaiser Family Foundation finds that premiums in the Marketplaces for the plan on which tax credits are based – the second-lowest cost silver plan in each market – will drop by an average of 0.8 percent in 2015, based on a survey of the 2015 rates in major cities in 15 different states across the country.
